SHIPPING POLICY
All in-stock items will be shipped out within 0-2 business days. Items will be shipped UPS Ground besides biminis which ship via common carrier (both 1-6 business days to the US) unless otherwise requested. If an order is urgent, please call us at 916-249-7225 and we will see what we can do to expedite it.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Titan Wake, we are committed to providing the best customer service and your complete satisfaction. If you don't love it, we want it back. Simply contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll even cover the return shipping. Made to order items such as biminis are not returnable.
